Callie’s Giving Heart Foundation is proud to offer a $1,000 scholarship to two high school seniors residing in Darke, Mercer, Shelby, Auglaize, or Miami County, Ohio, pursuing higher education within the medical field.

 

This scholarship seeks to support students as they continue on their education journey in the medical field.  Any high school senior pursuing a degree in the medical field may apply for the scholarship opportunity. 

 

To apply: 

1. Write an essay answering the following: How would you like to see healthcare progress over the next decade? What area of healthcare do you plan to pursue and why? (500 word minimum) 

2. Please also include one letter of recommendation.

 

Eligibility 

• High School Senior in Darke, Mercer, Shelby, Auglaize, or Miami County, Ohio

• Pursuing a degree within the medical field 

 

Applications are Due by May 1, 2024
